  Gallery plugin is designed to handle each individual image separately. We have another Plugin that does Multiupload for Files and uploads multiple files at a time. That does not have a preview like gallery as it deals mainly with files [.pdf,.docx etc] so if you require that the gallery plugin should be modified and need some customisations on it, please send details to cyborgsolutionpkATgmailDOTcom and we can look into these.

  Please make sure that your server permissions are correct and that All the files were copied to the System. After Plugin Installation you need to Run Repair Rebuild and verify the files being deployed.
  You can check system Log for errors for finding why the workflow is failing.

  We understand that you have added the field to a subpanel and want to upload the files in the Create Screen. However the current package only supports Edit Screen due to the CRM architecture which attaches an Identification Number to the Record after it is saved.

  However there are certain code customisations that can be performed for certain modules where users really need to use the On Create Screen(before save) feature. If you are interested in customising the CRM modules to handle these scenarios, please email us to discuss your usage and we shall look into it.

  The Attachments show up with the Email in the emails detail record. Navigate to the history record created by workflow and you can find attachments as Notes under the email in Notes subpanel.

  Good to hear that Bug #1 was resolved by applying the fix from FAQs.
  Bug#2 you need to check on server as Localhost sometime cause issues in the server path, so you need to test that on server instance.

  Bug #1 this might be related to some HTACCESS file restrictions, can you please follow instruction of Point 3 in FAQs to apply possible fix

  Bug #2 This usually occurs on Local instances since the Server Path on Local instance is different in nature (having directory structure like localhost/sitename/files) as compared to server ( mysite.com) so this would need a small fix for localhost, otherwise you can test the Plugin on Server and let us know if this occurs on live.

  since you had refunded and no longer an active user, that is why it was closed. If you are an ** active purchaser** we would look into the issue since there might be many reasons as to why the workflow is not running including your server specific issues and in that case, support would need access to your server and crm details which would not be possible without being a Purchaser to be supported.

  We had sent you a follow up email on your email address a day before and did not got any response. Please be reminded that Any Use Cases created here need through analysis on Different CRM versions and PHP versions used by customers thus it takes ** 3-4 working days ** to analyse issues reported by users and after that we would come up with any suggestions/updates or fixes if any needed.
