In the Create View, the record has not been assigned an ID yet, thus we encourage users to upload files after a record is saved. If this takes too much time or you need a better option, we do have a separate customisation of code that hacks the Record save process and allows users to upload files on the Create View.
From the screen that you have shared, it looks like the Smarty Templates are not processed or are broken at some point. We would need to investigate this on your system to identify the issue. Further details have been sent to your email address.
Did you run Quick Repair/Rebuild from Admin after installation?
Navigate to Admin -> Repair -> Quick Repair and Rebuild. This will update cache and add changes to the CRM system.

Yes, but that is an older version and it will not support Image Tagging. Currently you can Tag Each Image with Some value from Dropdown and then filter your images and see these taggings in the Gallery Display Slideshow. Please email us if you need to discuss this further.
