Can you use this plugin on Products and... can you change the display order somehow? Drag and drop or?

    Galleria is a Stand Alone Field that you can add images to, and they would show up in the Order the images were added. For the Products, it would need a small change, so adding this Field in the Products would give you the functionality to Add Product Images and in order to Show them, you have to use the Galleria Field. Sorting Order or Display Order can be managed in the Edit View of the Field.
