Hi Purchase copy license key, and when apply in section Administrator - license configuartion, and validate, is not work, not nothing.

Not entirely sure what is happening here - I have other customers who have successfully downloaded/validated the plugin. Please get back to me with any other details that may help to figure out what is going on here. Thanks for your time and patience
