Are you going to support version 8 of SuiteCRM and when do you expect to do so? Do you also work on an update procedure from version 7 to version 8 that helps to migrate the data create in version 7 with the help of the add-on to the latest version of SuiteCRM?

Yes, we are working on the Migration of the Magento addon from 7 to 8 and it will be done in a week or so. Will let you know once it is ready. From migrating the whole CRM from 7 to 8, please share the document where we can see all the customizations and addons uploaded on CRM. Based on the details we can update you.

The reason for this question is to understand the general options we have and which approach is better/easier. Install Magento to SuiteCRM v7 and migrate later the full system to SuiteCRM v8 or to migrate SuiteCRM v7 to v8 first and install Magento plugin afterwards. In case you provide a migration scenario both should be possible, right?

Yes, both scenarios are possible. But moving to version 8 and installing the package is recommended.

You closed this case, does this mean SuiteCRM v8 is now supported? I can not find a new download.

No, Addon is not ready yet. We closed the ticket since we didn't got any response.
