#5537 - Before we buy: is this addon compatible?

Hi, we have Suite Version 7.14.3 and we enabled LDAP within the password settings. Before test this addon, can you confirm that this addon would also work in this scenario? Further, is it absolutely required to use google authenticator, or is authy/microsoft authenticator compatible too?

    Hi,

    Yes, the addon is compatible with SuiteCRM Version 7.14.3 and works seamlessly when LDAP is enabled in the password settings. You should not encounter any issues using it in this scenario.

    However, the add-on is currently not compatible with Microsoft Authenticator. It requires Google Authenticator or email authentication.
