#3983 - Please Cancel the licence on this Module
Hi, Please cancel the licence on this module I purchased. A. The features of the module are not actually what I am looking for. And B. This module interfere with the Tasks Module and Tasks can not be linked to Opportunities module when creating a Task.
Steps to re-create: 0. Install the RT GSync and enable it for few users. 1. Create a Task1 and link it to an Opportunity1 and Save 2. Create a Task2 and link it to an Opportunity2 and Save. After Save, Task2 will be linked to Task1. 3. Any Task created from now on, will be linked to Task1 and not to the intended module Ex: Opportunity
Temporary fix: 1. Go to Repair / Remove XSS and select Tasks and Execute 2. The first TaskA created after Removing XSS from Tasks will work ok. 3. Any further TaskX created afterwards will be linked to TaskA.
Once I remove the module RT GSync, the problem disappears.
