My account will not allow me to log-in can anyone help?

      When I try to sign on it just bumps me back to the log-in site. Is there a way to get to the back side of the website? I am not the one who made it and I have to figure out what to do.

      That has not worked. It is saying at the top of the page: You have been logged out because your session has expired. then kicking me to the log-in point again.

      I just sent you a reset password link to your email. Try clearing your browser cache and then reset the password through that link.

      I can access that part of the account. The web page uncascompany.com is what I cannot open.

      Oh, I see now. I'm not sure how we can help there, but it sounds like the server configuration is off. Possibly around the session configuration. Here are some resources that I was able to find with the same issue you are having:

    Did you recently changed your admin -> system settings for validating user ips? Do you have a static IP or dynamic ?
