WE ARE EVALUATING IT AND WOULD BE INTERESTED TO HAVE ADDED FUNCTIONALITY TO DEFINE FOR EVERY 9999 VALUES DEFINED AS FORMAT
THAT IS MIN AND MAX VALUES FOR EVERY PART OF 9999 VALUES IN THE FORMAT.

Thanks, your support team has access to my system so they can go to format builder and I want to apply minimum and maximum criteria for every format chosen in 9999 format , this may be single or multiple values in one format, I want to put minim and maximum values for every 9999 type format used

Ok.
If you define the 9999 format then you need max & min value option like min 2 and max 3 digit allow. Right?

No , we can already choose the format and it already allows the desired digits, I think . My suggestion is to Facilitate to define value like for 9999 min value 1900 and max value 2020 i.e. One want to use for year . So One define body temperature then they can define min and max value , its applicable for height , weight etc. It becomes meaningful as defining extra parametrize,
