    Although I had a small problem with install, the support was absolutely top-notch - they responded quickly and got the solution working. The Format Builder will be really helpful in making sure our users enter data cleanly, so we can report effectively! Recommend.

    works well, does what it says it does, a few issues upon upgrades that had to be fixed manually.
