Hello, I purchased the One-Time plan for SuiteCRM 8.9.1 and everything was fine until I tried to generate a PDF with a signature in the Contract module. The signature appears on the screen, but not in the PDF. I edited the templateParser.php file as instructed, but I still haven't been able to get the signature to appear in the PDF. Before editing the templateParser.php file, a large amount of text appeared instead of the signature. After editing, nothing. Can you help me?

I wanted to inform you that our plugin currently supports only SuiteCRM version 8.6. Unfortunately, it is not fully compatible with version 8.9.1, which is likely causing the issue you're experiencing with the signature not appearing in the PDF.

Okay, since it's not deployed yet, I can switch everything to 8.6. Version 8.6.2 is available; can I use that version? Will it work?

When you created the PDF Template for the Contract module, did you insert the eSignature field into the template? If not, please add the eSignature field inside the PDF template and then try again.

Hi. It worked fine for me on 8.6, but when I tried to update to 8.6.2, the signature didn't appear. Only code appeared instead of the image. Will I always be stuck on version 8.6?
