Installed the new plugin, repaired permissions, and repair/rebuild and it seems to be working. Thank you!

It looks like it works! My only suggestion would be to increment the version number/published date so it's easier to tell which version is installed. Thank you!

Upon some more digging, I don't think the plugin in its current state is compatible with the new Smarty Engine in 7.14. The SuiteCRM logs complain about the {php} tag used in the template files.

While the license does validate, using the field in a module causes the module to not load. The following error is logged on the server:

I would be willing to purchase a new license for a compatible plugin.

Creating a new record using the Signature Field fails with the same error as well. The about page says it is compatible up to version 8.4, but it doesn't seem to be!

Please let me know. If this breaks the signature plugin, we cannot use it.

Ahh, the packages were out of order in the download section. That seems to have worked.

We are also experiencing this issue. I just installed the trial with v4 and non admin users are getting "You are not allowed to view kanban records.".

Issue appears to be due to some of the changes to https://github.com/salesagility/SuiteCRM/pull/9105/files#diff-02bcf7291c8a96ce9bacea53cd3effc2b2d55adfb28cda04be20f6496951f67a
Replaced utils.php with the 7.10.29 version and the plugin was working again

7.10.30 is stripping the MIME info before the signature is saved. Editing the field manually in the DB and adding "data:image/png;base64," to the front of the record shows the signature.

Looking at that PR, it references a single file changed. Any chance of reverting that one file to 7.10.27 version away temp fix?

If there is any info I can provide to help, please let me know. We rely on this plugin to get signatures on certain reports, and the issue wasn't immediately visible due to the caching factor. Thanks!

This issue is confirmed not browser specific. It only works when the browser has data cached from an older Suite CRM version. I have also posted here with more info: https://github.com/salesagility/SuiteCRM/issues/8945

This is actually in all browsers now. Couldn't quite tell on the iPad, but it was using some cached data when saving the form. If you try in a private window, the signature does not save. I can't quite tell if this started on 7.10.28 or 7.10.29.
