Apologies for the problem you're facing.
Can you please confirm you did below things or not, 1) Login to SuiteCRM->Admin->Repair->Quick Repair and Rebuild 2) Login to SuiteCRM->Admin->Repair->Rebuild Javascript Languages
Also cross verify SuiteCRM Instance having 775 or 777 Permission or not.
