#3955 - unable to validate License of Dynamic Panels Plugin

we installed Dynamic Panels as second Plugin in SuiteCRM (Version 7.10.31 Sugar Version 6.5.25 (Build 344), VIDynamicPanels-13.0-SuiteCRM-Version7.10). While licensing with the first plugin (SecuritySuite) can be done without problems, license of Dynamic Panels can't be validated. Error: Failed: SugarOutfitters_API::call(): Unable to validate the license key. Please configure the firewall to allow requests to https://store.suitecrm.com/api/v1/key/validate and make sure that SSL certs are up to date on the server. We checked all firewall and networksettings, seems that Dynamik Panels Plugin doesn't use proxy settings. How can we solve this problem? Thanks & Regards, Stefan P

As per the error message, it's look like you have don't have the SSL Certificate up to date on the Server.

We have checked the error which you're getting during validate the License Key. For Validating the License Key, We have passed CURL request from SuiteCRM Instance to SuiteCRM Store and it's indicating that the firewall in your server blocking the CURL Request outside your Server.
We need to check this thing in your Server through Remote connection.

Hello, sorry but for security reasons it won't be possible to give you remote access to our CRM, so we have to look for another possibility. Is ist possible to extend logging of suitecrm/dynamic panels to see more?
