#1969 - After installation - there is no menu item in the adminstration

Hello

We've just installed the extension, but after installation and repair there is no menu item in the administration list.

Please advise.

    Just one note about the environment. SuiteCRM 7.11.4, Dynamic Panels 2.2, PHP 7.2.17

    Can you please tell us which version of SuiteCRM you've and which plugin zip you've downloaded from SuiteCRM Store?

    Also can you please provide us your CRM Credentials with Admin User access, FTP Access and Database Access if you don't mine. If you'll agree with that then please send us details on "info@varianceinfotech.com".

    It'll be easy for us to understand your issue and fix your problem quickly if you'll provide details.

      Thank you for quick reply.

      The SuiteCRM version is 7.11.4. We installed it on clean testing environment. Please try to reproduce it on clean SuiteCRM with the extension file name: VIDynamicPanels-2.2-Version7.11.zip.

      As for fix, we need all extensions that we purchased with the fix as new package and not as patch.

      Ok.

      We'll check this by installing on our server. If it's work in our server then you need to give us your CRM, Server and Database access for checking issue.
