Hi, You've got problem with file privileges on your CRM server. Make sure that you have correct access mask on all files and folders of your CRM directory.
Your message appears because your web-server-user just can't copy files to directory custom/include/smarty

Thank you for the update.
Everything works fine now. It turns out the issue was the folder names in the package where everything is in the lower case ( e.g Extension-> extension ) which causes file not being found when copy script is running.
