    Please let us know where exactly you had a problem with installation.
    Did you install PBX-connector or SugarCRM module?

    It would be great, if you tell us step number from installation guide you stopped at.

      There 2 installation guide (for CRM-side and for PBX-side) and a document with useful tooltips in case it does not work for you.

      If you have any problem, then let me know what guide and what step number you can't do.
