I have confirmed the connector is working between freepbx and suitecrm per your guide,. I have outbound and inbound call data, but the pop up is not working. When does this pop up? Where? My user doesn't show any call log data but it does show up in history.

Hello, 1) Do you use SSL (wss) connection? 2) Which browser do your customers use? 3) Please check, maybe while call there is a browser block pop-up notification? 4) Please send screenshot on maximv@vedisoft.ru with config AIOC for any user - it should contain "show incoming pop-up" check box and internal number.

using chrome. What do I use for the outbound? It says "username" which I have put into the outbound or somewhere else?

? when? You avoided my question. What's the point of this support section when you just say "answered by email" How do that help anyone? Uninstalled due lack of support
