Hello,
We try to configure your module, but we have an error when everything is good.
We are on 7.6.4 SuiteCRM.!

    Hi,
    "Test connection" for some PBX does not work.
    If you use Astersik/FreePBX/Elastix etc it does not work.

    What PBX do you use?
    I have to send you your personal license key for PBX connector.

    To make clear:
    1. Don`t pay attention to Test Connection result
    2. Send me version of your PBX (for example "Asterisk 13" or "Panasonic KDE-1000")

      Elastix is used Asterisk.We need to know version of Asterisk you have inside of Elastix
      There should be information about Asterisk version. At least send me your Elastix version.

    I’m sorry that you canceled your demo.

    If the reason is in installation we can help to install.
    How can we help (different ways):
    1. One way is - you give us ssh access to your PBX server (to your Elastix) and we install PBX connector. And you give us http-access to your CRM system and we install CRM-connector and test how it works together.
    2. Another way is – we will have a skype call, you will share your screen and I’ll tell you what to do. If you prefer this way then please send date and time (with your timezone) when you want to have a call.

    Installation process is quite easy, usually it takes 7-10 minutes.
