    WebRTC is coming onto my PC and showing the information from the PBX but I need the URL information for SuiteCRM to be entered in the WebRTC to pull information for the contacts.

      Hi, I don't understand about what URL did you ask me.

      Please read installation guide for FreePBX and SugarCRM - https://store.suitecrm.com/docs/allinone-cti/install-guide-asterisk-freepbx - https://store.suitecrm.com/docs/allinone-cti/suitecrm-installation-guide

      If you meet any problem while you do steps from these guides, then let me know.

      Our module has 2 parts - PBX-connector and CRM-addon. PBX-connector is native add-on for Asterisk/FreePBX and it implements web-service. CRM-addon is js-libraray that implements connection between user's browser and PBX-connecotr. CRM-addon connects to PBX-connector by web-socket and gets/sends events from/to PBX via PBX-connector.

      I hope you will do installation stricly according to our guides, carefully read my explanation and after this you will be able to clarify your question - "We need the URL to be put in our application which opens the contacts page". For now I don't understand your question.
