1. Twilio – Inbound Whatsapp Setup

  • Log in to your Twilio Console → https://console.twilio.com
  • In Twilio Console → Messaging → Services.
  • Create a new Messaging Service (or edit existing).
  • Add your WhatsApp-enabled number to this service.
  • Under Inbound Settings (WHEN A MESSAGE COMES IN) set your SuiteCRM webhook URL.
  • Paste your CRM Inbound Handler URL as shown below. Replace the sample URL (your-crm.com) with your own domain name.
