1. Twilio – Inbound Whatsapp Setup
- Log in to your Twilio Console → https://console.twilio.com
- In Twilio Console → Messaging → Services.
- Create a new Messaging Service (or edit existing).
- Add your WhatsApp-enabled number to this service.
- Under Inbound Settings (WHEN A MESSAGE COMES IN) set your SuiteCRM webhook URL.
- Paste your CRM Inbound Handler URL as shown below. Replace the sample URL (your-crm.com) with your own domain name.
