FAQ
[Can I report on the data?]
Successful logins are linked to the user record to assist with grouping of reports by fields on the user account - for instance logins per day per department, or logins by report-to.
[Can anyone see the login records?]
Whilst the only links to the data are via the admin panel or via the reports module, standard users by default are allowed read-only access. If this is undesirable, a role can be created with only edit/create access (and module access) to TurnPike, with all other options set to None (note that edit access is only to allow the system to create the records for that user on logon, they won't actually be able to edit any records).
[Do you capture API logins?]
TurnPike does capture API logins, but the typed username field is currently not available. We are working on adding this in a later release.
[What happens if the license expires?]
The module will periodically check the validity of the license, and if the license is invalid, login recording will stop. To restart the audit of logins, update your license. Logging immediately restarts.
