Add LeadsPipe to Home page as Dashlet
Open LeadsPipe view
There are some different ways to do it:
Create New Lead
Change stage
Plan Activity
View related Activities
You see next Action date on Opportunity card, it has active link to action Detail view
All related activities is displayed here
You could click on any of them and go directly to detal view. Or close it with x button in the right.
Use Filters in LeadsPipe
By default you see all leads vailible to You in List view, . But you could change this by filters.
The default limit of records is 100. But You could extend or reduce it here:

What Opportunities may have a problems?
If Opportunity is staying on the sales stage to long, that indicates something wrong is going with it
But event if Opportunity is on the current sales stage to long, but it has planned next action and next action is not overdue it is not so bad situation with it. That shows that you or other sales rep assigned to opportunity knows what to to with this sale in the nearest future
What is my Sales this month?
Each time you look at SalesPipe, you see what is amount of lost and won opportunities during current month
You could see the full list of opportunities that are summarized there by clicking on the Lost and won buttons
What sales I'll have in the future?
No sales will be closed in the future if today isn't enough open opportunities in appropriate sales stages. Amount and quantity of opportunities you could see each time you look at SalesPipe in the column headers.
