Open Client Management Portal and Create New Client.
Add Client Name, Description and Redirect URL.
Select the Scope.
Client ID and Secret will be generated.
Below is the admin settings you need to follow.
Once admin setup is done, click on The "GoTo Connect Click to Call" AUTH link from User Submenu section to authorize The "GoTo Connect Click to Call" for calling feature.
