This add-on will help you sync Freshdesk tickets to your SuiteCRM, plus it will automatically create an account and contact related to each ticket. Your business can work more competently with Freshdesk tickets, customers, comments and company information easily synced to your SuiteCRM.

Admin Configuration in CRM
Goto the admin panel and you will find the Verity Freshdesk Integration section. Then click on Freshdesk Settings.
After that you find panel to enable this addon. Check the checkbox and click on Save Settings. Below image show the setting.

Freshdesk Portal URL : https://verityinfotech.freshdesk.com API Key : Go to Profile settings of freshdesk and then you will find Your API Key
