This add-on will help you sync Freshdesk tickets to your SuiteCRM, plus it will automatically create an account and contact related to each ticket. Your business can work more competently with Freshdesk tickets, customers, comments and company information easily synced to your SuiteCRM.

1) Get Email - Login to your freshdesk portal. - Click on Setting Icon. - Click on Email
You will get below screen. Copy this email id. This will used as later part of configuration.
2) Ticket Creation Rule
Go to Admin. Click on Automations.
- Click on New Rule Button.
And then Add below configuration. URL={$suitecrm_url}/index.php?entryPoint=Ticket_Trigger
Click on Preview and Save Button. And then it will open new popup. Click on button Save and enable.
3) Ticket Update Rule
Go to Admin. Click on Automations.
Click on Ticket Updates tab and then New Rule button.
And then Add below configuration. URL={$suitecrm_url}/index.php?entryPoint=Ticket_Trigger
