SMS can be done from Listview of Account, Contacts and Leads.

Bulk SMS can be done from Listview of Account, Contacts and Leads.

SMS Popup

From Popup, you can select Email templates also that can be designed from Email Template module. Also you can see the chat history

Email Template Module

To create SMS template, select SMS module and select SMS Template checkbox. Template in SMS popup box will reflect only when this two details are filled in template.

Schedule SMS Now, there's one option to schedule SMS. For that go to BV Schedule SMS.

Create a record: Then create a record.

Schedule Time: Based on what time we schedule it the SMS will be sent at that time. This is the outbound SMS.

Birthday and Anniversary SMS.

Save Birthday and Anniversary dates in Contacts Module and the details will be shown under SMS Subpanel. The SMS Scheduler is scheduled for once in a day.
