1. Does the plugin only work for the Contact Module?

Ans: No, the plugin will work for all modules, including custom ones.

2. Do we have to add the custom field name as "document"?

Ans: No, you can use any name for the custom field. The name can be anything such as Certificates, Documents, Attachments, etc., for attaching files.

3. For sending files as attachments, should we set the "Send Email" option to NO from the dropdown?

Ans: Yes, initially set the default value for the "Send Email" option as "NO". When you need to send an email with attachments, change it to "Yes" from the dropdown.

4. Is the customized field name "Send Email" the default name?

Ans: No, you can name it anything you prefer. Whether it's "Send Email", "Email Sending", or any other designation based on your preference.

5. Where can I see the uploaded files in my system?

Ans: Once you have uploaded the documents, navigate to your CRM's upload folder. All the uploaded files will show in that folder under record id and field name.

6. What is the function of the scheduler?

Ans: The scheduler performs automated tasks such as file management and space clearing to optimize system performance and organization.
