Brainvire’s Multi Merge add-on for SuiteCRM helps users find duplicate records based on email ID and merge those records to remove data redundancy from the CRM. In a few clicks, users can remove all duplicate records from the Leads, Accounts, and Contacts modules.

Duplicate Records Search and Merge for the bulk merging process.

Merge All Selected Records- Merge with Parent Record for the bulk merging process.
Users can utilize this option to streamline the merging process by selecting all records at once. Additionally, users have the option to select a parent record during the merging process, enabling the consolidation of related sub-record data into the chosen parent.
Auto Merge Selected Records for the bulk merging process.
When you click on the merged records, the application will automatically merge the selected records.
Users can check log of records that merged and deleted during the process and restore again.
Note: If record is not found in database, it will not restore and only record will restore not its relationships/subpanel records.
Manual Merge Records.
To merge the records manually, users need to click on the merge button.
Update the manual Merge Records.
Update the merge records by selecting the arrows. Once updated, click on the "Save Merge" button to save the merge records.
Note: Manual Merge Process
Data Restoration: Deleted data cannot be restored during the manual merge process.
Log Access for the merged records: Users will not be able to check the log of the merged records, additionally cannot restore the merged records back.
