Installation Guide

  1. Install the plugin into CRM and put the licese from Suite.Store.

  2. Download Softhphone.pro

  3. Configure your sip settings

  4. Add handlers to integrate the Softphone.Pro and SuiteCRM:

4.1. Screen pop-up in SuiteCRM. The URL is http://PATH_TO_YOUR_CRM/index.php?module=PhoneCalls&action=Search&record=&return_module=&return_action=&return_id=&phone=&search=%NUMBER%

4.2. Call log in SutieCRM. The URL is http://PATH_TO_YOUR_CRM/index.php?entryPoint=phonecalls&action=saveCall&event=%EVENT%&timestamp=%TIMESTAMP%&direction=%DIRECTION%&login=%LOGIN%&server=%SERVER%&number=%NUMBER%&callername=%CALLERNAME%&duration=%DURATION%&record=&applogin=%APPLOGIN%&recordfilename=%RECORDFILENAME%

4.3. Upload audio recordings The URL is http://PATH_TO_YOUR_CRM/index.php?entryPoint=phonecalls&action=saveAudio

  1. Click-to-call should work "from the box". In case it does not work, you can install our Chrome plugin
