Check for Duplicates by Any Email, Phone, or Name Field

Avoid that sinking feeling of learning much too late that you have been looking at the wrong record the whole time by using a tool such as Duplicate Checker. Whenever you enter an email, phone, or name you will be prompted with any potential duplicate which lets you know if they exist already in your CRM.

In-App Notifications for CRM Record Assignments

Need to make sure that folks know whenever a record has been assigned to them? Notify them within SuiteCRM with MTS Notification. It will add an unread notification alert in the menu bar along with a message of what was assigned to them.
