Shopify Bridge Overview.

We developed a Shopify Bridge to sync customers, products, and orders from Shopify to SuiteCRM in real time. This solution gives your accounting and sales teams a complete, up-to-date view of your business, customers, and orders, all within SuiteCRM.

Shopify to CRM Sync Features

• We have given functionality to sync all the customers of Shopify into CRM.
• We have given functionality to sync all the products of Shopify into CRM.
• Once customer successfully place the order into Shopify then that order is sync up into CRM on real time basis.
• That order module is custom module in CRM.
• We have also managed the order status in CRM.
• We have also given two types of synchronization, Bulk Data synchronization and Real time data synchronization from Shopify.
• Also SuiteCRM provides more features to integrate extra modules with Shopify, if required by client.

1. Product and Product Categories Sync: Products from Shopify are synced in real time to the CRM's Product Module, with the option to sync for a specific date range.

Real-Time Sync: Products from Shopify are synced to the CRM's Product Module automatically. Date Range Sync: Products can also be synced for a specific date range as selected. Sync Path: Shopify's Product → CRM's Product Module.

2. Customer Sync:

From Shopify to CRM: Shopify's Customers------> CRM's Contact Module. Real-Time Sync: Customers created in Shopify are synced to the CRM automatically. Date Range Sync: To sync customer data for a specific date range, select the date range and click the Sync Customers button.

3. Order Sync: One-Way Order Sync from Shopify to SuiteCRM.

The Order Module provides one-way synchronization from Shopify to SuiteCRM. All order data, including order status and product tracking information, is transferred and stored in SuiteCRM.

Real-Time Sync: Orders from Shopify are synced to SuiteCRM automatically. Date Range Sync: Orders can also be synced for a specific date range. One-Way Sync: This process is one-way, from Shopify to SuiteCRM only. Sync Path: Shopify’s Orders → SuiteCRM’s Order Module.
