1) Create Contact in QuickBooks from CRM
Create one contact in CRM. After that open your detail view of contact and click on ACTIONS tab. In this you will get Create to QuickBooks option if this contact is not created in QuickBooks.
Same Contact is created in QuickBooks.
2) Sync Contact from QuickBooks to CRM (Take upto 5 Minutes) Read 5th point
Contact will create in CRM from QuickBooks in two condition. i) New contact is created in QuickBooks. ii) Existing contact is edited in QuickBooks.
Same Contact is created in CRM.
3) Sync Product from QuickBooks to CRM (Take upto 5 Minutes)
Product will create in CRM from QuickBooks in two condition. i) New product is created in QuickBooks. ii) Existing product is edited in QuickBooks.
Same Product is created in CRM
4) Sync Invoice from QuickBooks to CRM (Take upto 5 Minutes)
Invoice will create in CRM from QuickBooks in two condition. i) New invoice is created in QuickBooks. ii) Existing invoice is edited in QuickBooks.
-If contact related to this invoice is not exist in CRM then it will created new contact in CRM. -And also product related to this invoice is not exist in CRM then it will create new product in CRM.
Same Invoice is created in CRM.
