    We tried installing the add-on on both a customised suitecrm instance and a brand-new suitecrm 7.11.10 instance, however it didn't work as described.
    We communicated with the addon team via an MS Teams meeting, but they were also unable to resolve the problem.
    We would like to no longer proceed with the subscription.

      We are sorry that you have not decided to continue with the addon subscription, even seeing in one of the meetings that the error came from having an incorrect installation of your SuiteCRM, anyway if you decide to use the addon again, already knowing the error, it would be enough with a reinstallation of SuiteCRM and if you need help we will be happy to offer it as we have done so far.
