I've upgrade suitecrm to version 7.13.3. how do i upgrade the module and which one do i use?

    Hello,

    First you have to check that after the Migration of SuiteCRM to version 7.13.3, Timekeeping module available in the Module Loader or not.

    If it's available then you have to download the "VITimekeeping-8.0-SuiteCRM-Version7.13.zip" from store and upload again so it'll upgrade the package.

    After Migration, If you found the Package in Module Loader then please check the Time Tracker functionality works or not?

      functionality is working however our error log file in suitecrm is filling up with below error.

      unfortunately this will not be possible. I can arrange for someone to access it on your behalf using Microsoft Team with shared screen and you can inspect whatever you need there

      i'd like to point out that we have not yet upgraded to latest version hence should we first upgrade and then check to see if the logs are still there?
