Is standard export (csv) list view action for users, where is no Suite2Excel icon? What browser they are using?

I tested specifically my admin user as well as my own personal user, and they were missing the icon on their list views. However, if I create a new test user, the icon was there.
I think I figured out what was causing the problem, though. If anyone runs into this after an install, clear any list filters that you don't think are active and hit search and it seems to have reset.

We try on new SuiteCRM installation customize Accounts listview and install Suite2Excel after it. But export to Excel icon appears after installation immediately. We need more detail information about Your system, I have send an email to You directly.
