Hi: I have problems with my license key. When I go to validate I have the INVALID LICENSE KEY error.

Hi Nacho, we have checked the license key and it should be correct, the license key error could be because you have the crm on a local server without network access, anyway if you want we can do a support meeting to see what is wrong.

Hi: obviously, I have my crm on an external serve with network access. When I try to enter the key, I receive the next error (see images attached)

Hi nacho, we haven't seen any attached image, anyway, you will probably get the error because having an external server in a private network, the server must allow requests to licenses.activalink.com so that the key can be validated correctly.
