#4950 - Plugin not validating
I followed the instructions here to the letter on a new install of SuiteCRM 7.13.3, but when I enter the license key and click "Validate" nothing happens. I contacted store support and they can see it isn't validated.
On their suggestion I checked the following: - php_curl is installed - I can curl https://store.suitecrm.com from the server
Perhaps the separate Xero log would help but I cannot find it, where it that located?

Hey Andras, the Xero log when enabled is situated in the root of your installation. I've had a look in the admin for the eval key that you have and it was last used on June 2nd, successfully and it is listed as active and valid. Could you have a look in your Suite error logs for any listing that might show us why the validation has failed? Search for validation, store, xero etc? Thanks for your time and patience
