Hey Rod, can you hold off the upgrade for a week or so? I'm currently testing a major upgrade which includes the ability to synch to/from Xero and the ability to pull ALL records from Xero and push ALL (or selected) records to Xero
Once I've completed the testing I'll make it available online with an explanation on how to upgrade

Hi Appreciate if you can advice now the upgrade process. We cant wait really due to 1st - Its end of fiscal year here in NZ and 2nd - 1 week or so may become 2 weeks or more.

Sure Rod, read the installation guide here https://store.suitecrm.com/support/suite-to-xero/2892#reply_10418 - create your Xero application and save the values from that process that are required
Uninstall your existing module from the Admin -> Module Loader interface. Select to keep the tables that are currently there. Delete the module from within Module Loader once it has uninstalled. Upload the new module and install. DON'T FORGET TO DO an Admin -> Repair -> Quick Rebuild and Repair. Once that process has completed, SCROLL to the bottom of the screen and check to see if there is any SQL that has to be implemented.
Follow the remaining steps in the Installation guide referenced above.
