I’ve checked the image you shared. On the “Sync Shopify Data” page, there is a checkbox labeled “Check for sync from date” which allows you to sync data according to the selected date range.
Before clicking any sync button, please make sure to check this checkbox to sync data based on the date range. If you still face the issue after doing this, please let me know.
