#832 - Uninstallation Breaks Base Security Groups

Searched for answer to this. All responses have been made via email to those with problems. Help please.

    Sorry about the issues you are facing. The way to come back from this issue is to download a full install package of SuiteCRM for the version of SuiteCRM you are on here:

    Unzip that install file and copy over these directories from it to your install:

    • /data
    • /include
    • /modules
    • /soap
    • /themes

    Once copied you should be able to then log in and run a Quick Repair & Rebuild, Repair Roles, and Repair Relationships. If the copy failed there is a chance that you may need to address file permissions before attempting to copy again.
