ParserFactory is a standard part of Suite. it is used to get metadata for a modules view.

At the moment the ParserFactory can only return the default layout for a modules view. This limits the use of ParserFactory within CRM systems that use the paid for version of SecuritySuite as it is not possible to obtain the correct layout.

Do you have any plans to override ParserFactory in the paid for version of security suite so that it is possible to find the correct layouts?

    my proposal is to expand the first parameter $view,

    this can be both the group id and the view name a colon, pipe, or similar symbol can be used as a delmeter,

    and could be called like so:

    $view = "2d1f3312-6ca8-1fe6-dc2d-2a645d3d2c23|editview";
$module = "Contacts";
$metadata = ParserFactory::getParser($view, $module);
