#3685 - Role for resetting User passwords
Hi
We are using this plugin in a large organisation and would like to create a role for users with the permission to the admin panel > user management
To only
- Create Users
- Reset Passwords
Using the following settings in roles Capture 1
The users in this group can see the admin link, only see the user management and can see the user list, edit and detail view
However, when clicking the reset password button on detail view they are met with this error

No username No email
Even though these details are available in the user profile
If the user is made a system admin they can reset the password with no problem

Thanks for raising this issue. The cause has been found and a fix is being worked on. A new package will be ready within a couple of days.

A new package has been uploaded to your downloads at https://store.suitecrm.com/orders. Look for the 3.1.27 package for your specific version of SuiteCRM. Install on top of your existing install. Do NOT uninstall the previous SecuritySuite version. Simply upload this package into Module Loader and install. Once you get to the license validation page you should be all set.
