#3249 - Group Mapping for Users is not working

Group Mapping for Users is not working. It's working if its set to Owner or All but if user is having group permission.User is not able to see all the group based leads or tasks or any record.

    Make sure that the Security Groups are assigned to the records as well. There will be a Security Groups subpanel under each record. You can assign them there or in the List View of any module, such as Leads, do a search, select all, and use the Mass Assign to add a Security Group to the selected records.

    Group permissions will only work if the group is assigned to the record. It won't work through the assigned users. Only Owner permissions will work that way.
