Hello,
Be sure run Repair Roles from the Admin->Repair menu. Then set the Create rights to User Admin Only for Users/Security Groups/Roles as shown at the bottom here: https://store.suitecrm.com/docs/securitysuite/grant-admin-rights.
Once completed, the user will need to log out and then back in to refresh their permissions correctly as SuiteCRM caches permissions in their session.

Thanks for the update. But i am unable to see the same in our crm it is not showing these new values in dropdown can you tell us from where we can verify these value .

Hi Team,
We are unable to see the admin right, studio right and admin & studio rights in drop-down value. Can you suggest a way to fix the same.
And even regular user can access the create user page but when clicked on save it is showing blank page.
Please suggest some way to fix the issue as we have dependency on the same.

Hi folks,
I should have checked from the start, but you are currently on the Enhanced plan instead of the Professional. This feature is only available in the Professional plan. If you would like your plan switched over I can do that for you. There will be a one-time prorated charge for the remaining time before your next renewal.
