#2048 - Module licence config bug

We found a bug that majorly affects our application. The bug is the following

    Thanks for reporting this. It looks like a conflict with a Gantt module that is installed. We will look at accounting for this and will let you know here when a solution is ready.

    Uploaded a new 3.1.17 version that addresses this issue. It should be installed using Module Loader without uninstalling prior. Just leave the existing version and install the new one on top of it.
