Hi folks!
Unfortunately there were just too many bugs in SuiteCRM prior to 7.6.1 that we just can't support. That release was from 2015 and it is highly recommended to upgrade as there are not just product bugs, but many security issues with that version. I would lean on the security issues with the client. Having non-authenticated folks be able to access their data should be sufficient to necessitate an upgrade.
