#1364 - Manager Layouts
Hello,
I have multiple security groups for each sales team, all with specific layouts for each group. The issue is, I have a few managers that need access to data in different groups at the same time. This is fine, however, the SecuritySuite/SuiteCRM system seems to be picking what layout the manager views data with at random. Is there any way to assign a default layout (maybe one that includes ALL fields) to manager roles and still have that role have access to data from multiple groups? If not do have any suggestions to get the system to stop randomly picking layouts for managers? Thanks in advance, let me know if you need more info:

Great question. I suggest creating a Manager group, create a layout in Studio that includes all of the fields, then assign your managers to that group. You can then edit the relationship in the Users subpanel for that new Manager group and set it as the Default Group. This will then be the layout that they see.
