#953 - I bought the module for a user, but my installation is 8 users
Hello, I have bought a license since December and only now (february) will we start using it. My surprise was when I noticed that each active user needs license!! I really only have one administrator user, the rest do 100% operational tasks and do not need access to their great tool. Can they give me access only for one user? when we grow as a company we will surely need more :) Thanks!

Sorry for the confusion, we have tried to add remark on the price list, that all module users are counted, but this is probably not enough visible. Yes, we have alternative pricing plan which is available but not yet published, how ever it more expensive. License price is USD 140 per module user monthly or USD 1200 per module user annually. Let us know, if interested, and we will send you the link for the purchase.
However, if you have less than 10 users, this alternative doesn't look convenient for you.

Hi how are you... I remember that initially we installed his solution but we removed it because it was very expensive. (a few months ago) Now I'm seeing that they have a basic version: This solution costs 499 per year regardless of the number of users? what difference does it have with the advanced? I would be willing to buy it again if it meets our requirements.
