Hi, I purchased this add on. I have 10 users, but no one but me uses the reports. Is there a way to get this add on just for me? I will likely cancel if there is not a way around this.
Any way to handle this?

Dear CX Addons,
Analytic Reporting Tool PRO pricing intentionally meant to count all SuiteCRM users. Reporting Tool is different from other modules, since it embraces all SuiteCRM Module Data and reporting support and complexity is directly related to the size of the company and usage of CRM system which relates to total number of Active users. Analytic Reporting Tool has a lots of functionality and it certainly costs more than USD 12 per month ;), we will simply not be able to provide a good quality support and future enhancements for such a low cost.
If the pricing would take in account only the number of module users without looking at total count of SuiteCRM users, the cost would be ~ USD 120 per User per month or USD 1200 per User per year. Please let us know, if you are interested in this offer.

I can not accept if a reporting module works for a CRM with 2 active users, it would be more complex to support 10 users. I agree that price should be higher in the latter case, but it should not grow linear.

We will need couple of days to adjust the pricing per Module User, and we will let you know as soon as ready. I month free trial will certainly be enabled ;).
Meanwhile you can use free trial of existing pricing plan (just need to change user count to 10); and as soon as new plan will be ready, you can cancel the current one.
