#678 - Trial Key Not Validating
Our team is considering the Analytic Reporting Tool for our SuiteCRM. Our Trial is for 1 License and on our SuiteCRM end we have three users but two of them are set to inactive. With that said, our Trial Key is not validating. On the Analytic Reporting: License Configuration, our User Count states 2 (It should be one) and License User Count is null.

Disregard this case as I figured it out. Basically we removed user accounts from SuiteCRM interface but they still existed in the MySQL back-end. The Analytic Pro Licensing Tool correctly stated the user count once I deleted the previously removed users from the user table in MySql.
